3) What is the Schedule of the show? From Tuesday June 22nd to Thursday June 24th. From 1 pm to 8 pm. Friday June 25th, from 1 pm to 7 pm.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
4) How can I request my Exhibitor’s badges? Please access the Exhibitor’s Manual on line and fill form C-1 before June 1st. Each exhibitor receives 1 complimentary exhibitor badge per each 3 square meters and additional badges may be ordered for $4 each.
5) How can I request the VIP badges? Please access the Exhibitor’s Manual on line and complete form C-2 before May 7th. Each exhibitor receives 20 VIP badges to invite your most important customers.
6) When and where can I pick up my Exhibitor’s badges? Exhibitor’s badges will not be mailed. They may be picked up at:
EXPO PACK México/ PMMI Office: From Monday June 7th to Thursday June 17th, 2010 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Centro Banamex: Saturday June 19th from 10 am to 5 pm; Sunday 20th from 10 am to 4 pm; Monday 21st from 9am to 7pm and Tuesday 22nd from 8am to 8pm.
MOVE IN
7) What is the Schedule for Move In? Move in will be from June 18th to the 21st from 8 am to 10 pm. Please note that each exhibitor will receive a target date and time for installation. This information will be sent by e-mail to the contact e-mail you have on your contract.
MOVE OUT
8) What is the Schedule for Move Out? Move out will start on Friday June 25th From 8 pm to 10 pm ONLY FOR SMALL ITEMS. It will continue Saturday June 26th from 8 am to 10 pm and Sunday June 27th from 8 am to 4 pm. Please note that each exhibitor will receive a target date and time for move out. This information will be sent by e-mail to the contact e-mail you have on your contract.

11) How can I Access to the Exhibitor’s Manual? The Exhibitor’s Manual is on line. If you have not received your password yet please contact Israel Arámbula operaciones @ expopack.com.mx Operation Manager to request yours.
12) I have not received my password. To whom did you send it? It was sent to the contact person that is in your booth contract.
13) Which information will I find in the Exhibitor’s Manual? In the Exhibitor’s Manual you will find the rules and regulations of the show, forms to contract different services such as electricity, compressed air, water and drain, food & Beverages, drayage, plants, hostess, audio visual equipment and all general important information that will help you to have a successful participation in the show.
14) What happens if I lose my password? You can request it again to the Operations Department at operaciones @ expopack.com.mx
15) I cannot find the Parking pass order form From this year on, you can buy your parking passes by day or by package with a special rate for exhibitors at the parking counters that are located in the back side of the Halls B, C & D at Centro Banamex.
