EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY INFORMATION
Please list your top three booth choices and provide measurements for each as they appear on the floor plan. These booth space requests are used by show management to help understand where you would like to exhibit – booth choices are not guaranteed. Show management will review any requested booth choices at the time of your booth selection and use them as reference if we are unable to reach you on the date & time of your selection.

After your space assignment is made. Show Management will send an official contract and invoice. Your company must return the signed space contract and deposit indicated on the invoice. The contract is not binding without receipt of payment. In order to receive the rebook promotion price, final balance is due on or before November 13, 2019. Failure to comply with specified deadlines will result in a price adjustment on your booth space to the regular price and/or forfeiture of your company’s assigned booth space.
